Welcome back to Simba Sitting Shenanigans!

Simba had another great night’s sleep last night! He fell asleep very quickly, and stayed asleep the entire night.  Simba was woken up once again by my alarm clock.  Although Simba was awake, he had no intentions of starting the day.  Simba didn’t even want me to start my day! Simba climbed on top on me and did not want to let me get up.  

Eventually I was able to convince Simba we both needed to get up, and we went for a short, but nice walk. Simba ate the entirety of his delicious lamb breakfast.  Thank you Jason for ordering more lamb mix-ins.  Simba is very grateful!

After our walk, Simba returned home so I could go to work. After work, Simba and I went for a nice walk on the boardwalk.  Simba was doing a lot of leash pulling, and decided to walk closer to the building instead.

On our way back into the building, we stopped at Jason’s mailbox, and picked up a new toy that Jason sent. Oh boy, was Simba excited to receive a present from his daddy!  I gave simba his new snail toy, and within minutes he turned the snail into a snake.  I thought Simba destroyed the toy, but turns out there is velcro, and it’s supposed to do that. Sorry for blaming you Simba!

After our walk, Simba took the opportunity to take a nap while I ran some errands.  Upon my return, I got such a nice welcome.  Simba really makes me feel loved.

Tonight I was determined to get Simba to eat his dinner.  Sorry Jason, I wasn’t going to put his food on my head like you do.  It doesn’t really work so well when you have hair.  Tonight I sprinkled the probiotic and nutrical on top of some liver treats and placed them over Simba’s kibble.  Guess what! You will never believe it. SIMBA ATE HIS DINNER!!!!

That’s right, not only did Simba pick out the treats I snuck into his food, but he actually ate his kibble too!  Simba even went back for seconds when I added more Kibble to the bowl.  I knew eventually Simba would begin to eat on his own. 

Even after Simba ate his dinner, he was still very interested in my food.  I decided Simba deserved a treat for eating his Kibble, so I gave him some cheese.  Simba seemed to really enjoy it.

After dinner, we went for a quick walk, and now Simba is playing with his Mickey toy, and chewing on a beef stick.
