Welcome back to Simba Sitting Shenanigans! Simba hopes everyone had a nice Sunday!

Last night Simba was so tired from our walk, he actually went into the bedroom to tell me he was ready for bed.  Not only was he ready to go to bed, but Simba actually slept through the night!! Instead of Simba waking me up by barking, I woke him up with my alarm clock!  

We got ready for the day, and I took Simba out on a quick walk.  Simba was in for a surprise this morning. I had to go to work and then had plans to go to the Mets game, Jason hired a pet sitter for the day. I prepared Simba’s breakfast and left it for Nicole to give to Simba when she arrived.  

You might have heard about Nicole,  she is Jason’s go to when he needs to hire a sitter for Simba.  She has a lot of experience, and is great with Simba.  However, I think the real reason Jason likes her so much is because she told him she loves his care guide. Nicole told Jason the care guide was great because it answered all her questions about Simba.  If you want Jason to trust you with his dog, tell him you really enjoyed his care guide.  

Simba had a great time with Nicole.  He gave her such a nice greeting when she got here.  Simba and Nicole spent time on the balcony, relaxed on the couch, and Simba even went swimming in the ocean!  By the looks of the videos Nicole sent me, I would say Simba had a great time with Nicole.

When I returned this evening, Simba was ecstatic to see me.  He was jumping up and down, and running in circles.  He was so excited, he could not contain himself.   

Simba then got to meet my family, and they were very excited to meet him.  While we were outside visiting with my family, Simba’s friend Rosemarie walked by.  That was the end of his visit with my family.  Simba was so excited to see Rosemarie! She even brought him a new toy!

Simba had so much fun playing with his now toy, he had no interest in walking.  Eventually, Simba decided to go for a walk with me and Rosemarie, and he had a great time.

Simba and I are both tired after a long day of fun.  It’s time to get ready for bed.
