Welcome back to Simba Sitting Shenanigans! Last night was ruff! (Get it, Simba was barking) Simba was so confused when it was time for bed. He is used to me watching him, taking him for walks and playing with me. However, when it was time for bed, he did not know why I was going into the bedroom to sleep instead of Jason! He was barking for a while, but eventually after making the noise machine louder, and putting on some relaxing dog music, Simba fell asleep around 1 am.

This morning my alarm clock sounded a little different than normal.  Promptly at 6 am, Simba began barking to let me know he was ready to start his day!  Simba let me pet him for a while, and then we decided to venture into the living room.  Simba decided it was time to take a nap while he was watching his dog relaxation video, and I caught up on last night’s episode of Big Brother.  

Simba was very well behaved this morning while I took my shower and waited patiently outside the bathroom door.  Jason was very impressed to hear that Simba was not barking because I made him wait outside the bathroom. 

Next on the agenda was a walk on the boardwalk.   The weather was beautiful, and Simba enjoyed a delicious lamb breakfast on the boardwalk. What is better than breakfast with an ocean view! Simba really enjoyed his breakfast; he ate the whole thing! 

While on the boardwalk, Simba got a very special treat.  His friend Alyse met him on the boardwalk, and he was so excited! Simba ran right up to Alyse and was so happy that she was walking him.  After Simba’s walk with Alyse, he met up with his friend David.  Simba and David had a great time together playing basketball.  Simba then saw some other friends, and it was time for him to go back home and take a nap.  

After work, Simba and I went on another beautiful walk, where Simba enjoyed some delicious liver treats.  He met some new friends on his walk and seemed very happy!

Now it’s time to get ready for Shabbos, and I know Simba enjoys relaxing and seeing friends on Shabbos.
