Take 3! Day 4!

Welcome back to Simba Sitting Shenanigans!

Simba had so much to say last night. He kept barking and barking and barking! I tried a bunch of techniques to get him to stop, but unfortunately they were all unsuccessful. Eventually I gave Simba a calming chew and that seemed to do the trick.

After our nighttime walk, Simba and I went to bed. Simba fell asleep before I did, but we were both asleep fairly quickly! We were both super tired and had a great night’s sleep. Simba was still sleeping when I woke up at 7:45. When he woke up, we cuddled for a bit and then Simba ate his yummy breakfast while I took a fast shower.

Then, we went for a fast walk because I was going to be very late for work. Ok, so my idea of very late and actually very late are 2 different things, but I just hate being late. Simba didn’t seem to mind that our walk was short, however, he wanted to take his time smelling ALL of the grass!

Simba was so energetic from his restful night’s sleep and he played all day. I kept getting notifications saying a pet was detected on Jason’s cameras. Yes, Jason has multiple cameras watching Simba. Jason was watching the cameras while I was at work and kept sending cute videos of Simba playing. Don’t worry – Jason promises that he doesn’t watch the cameras when I’m home. I let him know whenever I leave the apartment so he can watch the cameras.

I brought Simba to play with some friends at work. For some reason, Simba was scared and did not want to go inside. He tried to run back to his building but I picked Simba up and carried him over. Once he was there, he was so happy to play with his friends! Then, he came back home and continued to play with his millions of toys that he threw all over the apartment. Thanks Simba, I now have even more to do now before Shabbos!

After work, I came back to the apartment to have some lunch and then took Simba on his 3rd walk of the day. You would think he would be tired by now but nope, he is still a ball of energy!

We came back inside and I opened up a package for Jason so he could see what was inside. Jason ordered prizes for the people who completed his scavenger hunt. Yes, Jason made a scavenger hunt on JasonSobin.com. You can message Jason for the first clue. Trust me, he will be very happy for you to complete it!

Simba saw all the prizes and wanted them all for himself! I had to explain to Simba that those prizes were gifts for other people. Simba doesn’t seem to understand the concept of sharing since he is a spoiled only child. Remember the millions of toys that are all over the living room floor? Simba is just slightly spoiled. Oh, and when you go to the homepage of JasonSobin.com please do not buy Simba toys off his wish list. He has enough! (Yes, there is a wish list there. I know…)

I went out to buy some stuff for Shabbos and then came back to relax with Simba and start working on the blog.

Simba had a surprise visit from Seeyon and he was so excited! Simba loves surprise visits. After Seeyon left, I had to run to work for a minute. It was literally a minute. When I came back, I got a welcome as if I had been gone all day. It was so sweet.

Now we are going to get ready for Shabbos.

Tune in tomorrow for more Simba Sitting Shenanigans: Shabbos Edition!

  3. If you want to do the scavenger hunt, here’s your first clue to get you started-

To start the hunt it’s not what you see but what’s hidden.
Bopping people on the head is surely forbidden.
However, the top of me is where you’ll find,
The hidden link to start the grind.
If you still need help channel your inner Taylor Swift to start the game.
I’ve got a blank space baby and you’ll write my name.
